What are you blogging about?
This is a journal of our lives. We blog about our faith, marriage, parentingfamily, money, food, productivity, vacations and photography, with a bit of randomness thrown in.

What do you do for a living?
Eric is a Web account manager for a local marketing firm, and Kels works four days a week as an editor/writer for our church.

You two look alike; are you brother and sister?
No!!!!!!!! That’s gross. We are not brother and sister. We just both happen to be tall and have dark brown, curly hair.

How old are you?
Kelsey is 29 and Eric is 28. (Kels is five months and five days older than Eric.)

When did you get married?
We got married on a beautiful fall day (Oct. 7, 2006) in Okoboji, Iowa.

What would be your dream home?
A quaint little ranch with hardwood floors and a white kitchen. We’re really into vintage modern decor. And Kels wants wood beam ceilings.

Where do you go to church?
We have found our church home at Lutheran Church of Hope and attend the main branch in West Des Moines, Iowa. For four years we volunteered with the student ministry, and we have taken many classes at church (Financial Peace University, The Marriage Course, Alpha). We are also a part of a life group.

Do you have any pets?
No. Eric would like to have a dog someday, but Kels…not so much.

What kind of camera do you have?
Canon T1i. Check out the rest of our camera gear.

What’s it like to live with Kels/Ric?
Glad you asked! Living with Kelsey | Living with Eric

You guys seem so in love. Do you ever fight?
Sure we do! But not very often. Luckily, we agree on most things. Except whether to snooze or not to snooze in the morning. That is a recurring argument.

What do you recommend for young couples who want to get married?
Pray about it. Take a marriage course and Financial Peace University. We took these classes after we were married, but they helped tremendously. Also, check out Kels’ post, Are You Ready for Marriage?

Do you have any other blogs?
Yes. Kels has an awesome style blog. Check her out at Snappy Casual.

Do you accept advertising?
We certainly do! If you’re interested, please email Eric.
