Over the Weekend: Sept. 16-18, 2011

We had a refreshingly fun weekend hosting my parents and showing them our city. I sent them a loose itinerary a couple weeks ago with a number of new-to-them things we wanted to do. We had a busy day on Saturday, leaving the house at 10 a.m. and returning after 10 p.m. It was so fun, and on Saturday they surprised us by announcing that they are taking us and my sister's family to Washington, D.C., to see my brother over Thanksgiving weekend! We are so excited and my dad has already booked our tickets. :) Here are some scenes from the special weekend.
